QUESTION / DISCUSSION
1. How to use Graphics and Charts.
STEP 1:
Firstly, open Microsoft Office Powerpoint.

STEP 2:
Open a new presentation.

Go to Layout then choose Title and Content.

STEP 3:

To start using Graphics, click on Insert SmartArt Graphics.

STEP 4:
Choose any graphics. Example : click at Hierarchy then choose
Organization Chart. Then click ok.

Put your data in the [Text|. Done.

STEP 5:
For charts, repeat step 1 untill 2 then click Insert Chart.

STEP 6:
Click Column then choose Clustered Column. Click ok.

STEP 7:

After that, a Microsoft Excels window appear. Put your data in


excel then automatically the data will be transferred into the
charts. Done.

2. How to Running Presentation.


STEP 1:
To running a presentation, press F5 key.

STEP 2:
To go to the next slide, just left click or press arrow key. To
exit the presentation, press ESC key. Done.
CONCLUSION:
For the conclusion, I have learned more about Microsoft Office
PowerPoint especially how to using the graphics, table and charts. I hope I
can learn more about this software so it can be used in the future.
