We accomplish this by encouraging members join in the running ofthe Clubhouse. Asa result they develop work kl and meaningful relationships. Cove Clubhouse provides a powerful partnership between staff and members who work together to create an environment of respec, opportunity, and hope. This teamwork contributes to the recovery process. WHAT OUR CLUBHOUSE OFFERS: Employment + Pre-vocatonal work units: Members and staff work together and share al esponsibities of runing the Clubhouse. + Resume Development + JobSearch Assistance + Employment Workshops Benefit Counseling + Volunteer Opportunities ‘+ Transitional and Supported Employment: The Clubhouse can offer support to both the member and the employer, depending on theleve ofsupportneeded. We work closely with other federal and tate agencies and assist our membersin finding work. We also help our members to become successful with their long-term employment goals. Education We cn assist people in returning to school for highschool equivalency test preparation college courses and other educational opportunites, ‘We partner withthe Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission and Cape (od Community College to research grants, scholarships, and financial ai opportunities. We ae also on ite to provide technical support, computer classes, tutoring, and other resources as needed to ensure aur members’ successes Advocacy Members and staff work together to stay educated about the sues affecting us and our community. We work wthin the community to educate others and advocate or accesible mental health services, We are members ofthe Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition, which 's committed tothe preseration, growth, and integrity ofthe 35, Cibhouse programs. This Coalition serves over 15,000 people.
