Inappropriate Actions:
During the school day XXXXXX was working with her skills class of approximately six students. While this class was
going on a couple of students were talking and off task. I was visiting a classroom across the hall and heard XXXXX begin
yelling at the students in her room to "shut up". XXXXXX was very loud and abusive with her language.

Goals and Objectives to Correct Inappropriate Behavior:


It is imperative that this type of interaction between teachers and students never happen. XXXXX will work to increase her
management strategies and control her temper with students.

Supervisor Comments:
XXXXXX is a competent and capable classroom teacher who works hard on a daily basis to improve student achievement.
This incident is alarming because this type of behavior goes against all that we do in the building to foster relationships and
promote character. I am confident that XXXXXXX will evaluate her behavior and reflect on her actions and I am equally
confident that this type of behavior will not occur in her classroom again.
