Dear Neighbour
This is a friendly note to make you aware that I am being disturbed by noise
from your apartment. The noise coming from your apartment during late
nights is greatly affecting our sleep. You may not realise it, but the noise is
heard even at mid night around 12 - 1 am. We literally couldnt sleep with the
thumping and banging.
I just wanted to let you know how your noise is affecting us and politely
request that you monitor and avoid it.
