During the service Contract, every call made by our service personnel will be considered ax one complete call even if the service personnel is utilised for less than 1 day. If our service personnel is required to stay beyond a stipulated period of 1 day, charges as per our standard rates shall be payable forall additional days. ‘The charges for full day shall be payable even if job assigned to our service personnel is less than 8 hours. Also if our stalf remains idle on any day due to non-availability of material, spare parts or any other reason beyond control of M/S. TVS full daily charges shall be payable, FFull charges for the day shall be payable by the customer for intervening public holidays and weekly off if observed by the ‘customer and will be treated as free days by our service personnel. If our service personne! is required to work beyond 8 hours or on a holiday / weekly off day, extra charges as per our ‘standard rates shall be payable. Maximum working including over time shall be limited to 12 hours, it may however be clarified that working on over time ‘wil not be binding on our service personnel and will be on mutual consent basis. ‘The customer will be required to sign the Field Service Report prepared by our service personnel on the prescribed Form to certify the work progress and the number of hours worked. During the Annual Service Contract, a customer may avail services of our staf for extra days during schedule calls or requests for additional call for emergency repairs that will be charged and adjusted from the balance of the Contract advance, ‘Sicled and unskilled labour shall be made available fee of charge by the customer to assist our service personnel Spare parts, Tools & Tackles, Consumable Material, Workshop facilities such as bench vice hacksaw, etc., cleaning materials like Kerosene, Emery paper, Cotton waste, Cloth Dusters etc. Small tools welding equipment, Electric Power, gas ‘and water require for job shall be made available by the customer in adequate quantity, free of charge as and when required. Pacilty for stocking tools, instruments and spare parts brought by our service personnel, shall be provided by the customer at site to ensure safe custody. Free Transport should be provided by the customer from place of residence to work site and back to our service staf At project sites, where suitable private boarding facilities are not available, Customer is obliged to provide such faites, free of ost to our stat. ‘The company reserves the right to call back their sta by providing a replacement or otherwise to which the customer shall be informed accordingly more than one of our service personne is required for completion of jb, extra man-daye shall be charged in accordance ‘with our standard rates. ‘The company will nt accept responsibility for any damage to the machine or property belonging tothe customer or injury to ‘the workmen employed by the customer. ‘The charges do not include workmen's compensation, insurance, and Employees State Insurance or any such charges. The customers has to make arrangements and pay for such insurance for the workers provided by the customer, likewise it wil be the responsibilty of the customer to ensure that the rules and regulations for employment of labour are properly observed Any taxes excluding Income tax] payable by the Company for selling the services of the staff, i any will be recovered from the customer. ‘All payments due and payable to TVS in term thereof shall always be deemed to be due and payable at Chennai. All disputes in connection with this agreement shall tigated by both the parties hereto only at Madras and no where else. No Vouchers, Documentary Proofs, Railway Receipts, etc. Shall be produced for the amounts charged in our invoices.
