graduated in 2014.
This is my second year in 4th
grade.

Classroom Rules
Students will create our ground rules in the first few
days of school.

Classroom Mini-Economy
Students will apply for a job. They will be assigned this job for a
certain amount of weeks, then will apply for a new job.
Students will earn money based on their classroom job completion.
This will help our classroom move smoothly.
Students are paid with mini-economy money and weekly paychecks.
Students can earn bonus money for exceptional behavior or
completing homework/reading log.
Students can lose money by receiving a fine for misbehaving or not
turning in homework.

Homework

Homework is the students responsibility

Weekly Reading Log 60 minutes/week
Mastery Math Facts (Rocket Math) Daily Practice
Spelling- weekly test (Pre-Test on Monday; Post-Test on
Friday)
Occasionally there could be other homework (Math,
English, Social Studies)
If homework is not done, the student will stay inside for
Study Hall during recess
Spelling words will be posted on my website
Planner
Students will be receiving a planner to write down
assignments
Weekly Homework Schedule

Snacks/Water Bottles
Students may bring in a healthy snack to eat during snack time.

Students may also bring in water bottles if they can be sealed.
