Dear Mr. Cavenaugh
The new user interface introduced in Word 2007and enhanced in Word 2010 as well
as the new defaults have been the center of business conversations across the
globe. New terminology such as ribbons, galleries, quick access toolbar, mini
toolbar, and contextual tabs requires new learning by those who upgrade to Word
2007 or 2010. Furthermore, the defaults in the line spacing (1.15) and 10 point
after a paragraph are only two changes that offer new challenges in document
layout.
Our staff of experts at Communication Specialists, Inc. understands your companys
document layout needs as you communicate with your clients, your board of
directors, your employees, and other business entities. We also realize that
decisions regarding document formats require consideration of four elements: (1)
attractiveness of the format, (2) readability of the format, (3) effective use of space
on the page, and (4) efficiency in producing the format. Changes provide new
opportunities for designing documents that portray the excellent image of your
company.
We encourage you to call our office at 706-555-0138 to set up a meeting with our
communication experts to discuss our comprehensive training program. This
program is carefully designed to teach efficient use of the software, but most
importantly our experts will teach your staff how to create the most attractive and
efficient layout for each business document.
Mr. Cavenaugh, we understand your desire to distribute documents that include the
design and appeal of contemporary office technology. We look forward to
discussing your design needs with you.
Sincerely
Carole Gonzalez
Communication Manager
