Individual Reflection

MC Volunteer Work

On March 20, 2015; our group volunteered to do work at ESI inside Miriam College.
There were a lot of students who wanted to do volunteer work but not everyone can be
accommodated. As a solution, 2 groups work together for 30 minutes.

I have done a lot of volunteer work in my previous school which made it easier for me to
do the tasks that were given to in ESI. At that time it was hard to work since it was very hot but
we managed to work for 30 minutes straight. It was nice to see that even if we were working
under the sun, we were able to finish the tasks that were given to us. It was also nice to see each
member of the group exchanging task so that the others can experience what the other member is
doing.

This volunteer work made us realized that God created everything around us for us and
that we should take care of His creation. It made realize more that we should be thankful of what
gives us because we will never know when God will take everything from us. We should always
take care and appreciate the creation that God has given us.
