Filla medium pot half full with water. Bring to boil (on high) 2. Once water is boiling reduce heat to med-high and add pasta and stir. Set timer for 13 minutes (or according to package instructions). Do not put lid back on 3. While waiting for pasta, brown the ground beef until barely no pink left(on med- high) in a large frying pan. 4, Add chopped onion, red pepper and minced garlic to meat and continue to cook for about 2 minutes stirring continuously (until onions are soft). 5. Add salt, pepper, oregano and basil to tomato sauce, mix well and then add to meat in skillet 6. Stir everything together and let simmer for about 5-10 minutes on low heat 7. Once pasta is cooked, strain through a colander and add pasta to meat sauce. 8. Serve into individuals bowls and top with grated cheese and garnish with a sprig of parsley. Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins Ingredients * 3 large ripe bananas +} cup white sugar (175mL) + Legg + 1/3 cup margarine melted (80mL) + 1 tsp baking soda (SmL) +L tsp baking powder (5mL) +} tsp salt (2mL) + 14-cup whole wheat flour (375mL) + + cup chocolate chips (125mL) Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375 F 2. Ina medium sized bowl, mash bananas. 3. Add sugar to mashed bananas and mix with wooden spoon. 4, Ina small bowl, use a whisk to lightly beat the egg. 5. Add the egg to the banana mixture and mix. 6. Melt the margarine (approximately 25 seconds in the microwave). Add the melted margarine to the banana mixture and mix 7. Ina large bowl, add all dry ingredients together (except the chocolate chips) and combine well. 8. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and MIX JUST UNTIL BARELY BLENDED. (It is possible to mix too much). 9. Add chocolate chips and mix. 10. Spoon into lined muffin tins, filling 3 full 11. Bake for 18-20 minutes. 12. Remove from oven and let cool. In.a medium mixing bow, tic all DRY ingredients. 2. In a second medium size bowl mix WET ingredients. 3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Add flax seed and frut of choice to batter and mix. 4. For Blueberry Pancakes ~ Add blueberries to batter and mix
