Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

Ingrdients
2 soft whole wheat flour tortillas
15 ml (1 tbsp) white sugar
2 ml (1/2 tsp) cinnamon
15 ml (1 tbsp) jam (any flavor)
Assorted fresh or frozen fruit such as:
apple
orange
3-4 strawberries
cup blueberries
1 kiwi
banana

Preheat oven to 350F


Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl
Place tortillas on a large cookie sheet
Run hands under water and rub water on top of tortillas
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over tortillas
Using a pizza cutter, cut tortillas into 8 wedges (cut in half, then in half,
then in half again and then again and again)
7. Place cookie sheet in oven and toast the tortillas until light golden
brown (about 12 minutes)

Wash and dry fruit


Remove any inedible parts (seeds, stems, etc)
Slice, dice, and then mince fruit into tiny pieces
Put all cut up fruit into a small metal bowl or serving bowl
Add jam to the fruit mixture and mix well
6. Serve in soup bowls with cooled cinnamon chips
