Sub.: Regarding Order No. PO-BP/010080 and PO-BP/010082 dated 09.07.2015.
With reference to our communication by telephonic talk as well as by mail for
the above mentioned orders, we would like to request you as under.
1. Order No. PO-BP/010080 is already ready to dispatch but to dispatch you
we need ASN Code and Purchase Order of either Current Date or of
Monday sothat we will proceed further to dispatch you as early as
possible.
2. Order No. PO-BP/010082 is in process of finishing stage and we will be able
to deliver the same between 19.09.2015 to 21.09.2015, so kindly issue us
Purchase Order of 19.09.2015 with ASN Code sothat we will deliver the
same to you within that time limit.
Kindly grant our delay of time due to natural causes of riots and we assure you
that in future we will provide you all your orders either within time or before your
time validity.
We hope and wish that you will accept our explanation and also accept the
reason for delay in providing your order beyond the time limit given by you.
As our business relations are good and very long, so that you will accept our
request and do the needful as early as possible.
