Citations Management
With MS Word

Reference Function
Accessible from References tab
Click on the References tab

Referencing Style
MS Word Comes with a list of default
referencing styles
Click on the Style dropbox arrow

Referencing Style
Choose the
referencing style you
want to use

Manage Citations
Click Insert Citations > Add New Source

Choose Type of Source

Reference Source Data


Click OK and fill in the data

Manage Citations
Click Manage Sources

Manage Current List


Copy a source you want to use from
Master List into Current List

Insert Citation
In your text:
Place cursor to where your want to insert a
citation

Insert Citation (2)


Click Insert Citation
Choose the source(s)

Create Bibliography
Click Bibliography > Insert Bibliography

Create Bibliography (2)
