3) Action - how will you accomplish your goals? Who will be involved?
My goal will be accomplished by rushing in the New Years Day Junkanoo parade
in downtown Freeport.
4) Reflection - what were your expectations? What did you hope to gain from this
experience? What did you learn? What are your next steps? How are the Learner
Profile attributes incorporated?
My expectations where to learn the dance then go home but no this is the total
opposite yes you learn the dance but it has to be perfected if its not its a
problem because you can lose marks from the Judges on the day of the event. I
have learnt to be a better communicator with other teens my age the Junkanoo
group has become like a family towards me and has welcomed me very friendly.
I had to be a risk-taker to do the actual activity because I havent done any dance
lessons from 2009 because it interfered with my swimming with doing this I had
to take a risk will balancing my schedule and learn not to be a procrastinator.
5) Demonstration what evidence will you use to show you have completed your
goals?
I will show the a video off the event and also take photos.
