Bollywood films in the 1970s featured the tough
guy movies of Amitabh Bachchan pitured who
fought off all the bads with his fists like in the
films Deewar and Zanjeer. The heroines were
actresses like Zeenat Aman who were whipweilding as well as batting her eyes to crush the
villains. These action films with their karate
killers and femme fatales were the big draw in
India in the 1970s.
