MY DIET

Dont drink soda,juices or coffe.


Dont eat white bread.pancakes,pies or pizzas.
Dont eat cakes or sweets.
Dont mix food like meat and potato.
Dont eat after 6pm.
Do workout.

MONDAY
Breakfast:

A cup of tea
Sandwich (tomato,chicken/turkey brests,cheese)
Fruit yogurt
Eat some fruit at 5pm

TUESDAY
Breakfast:

A cup of tea
Yogurt mix (fruit yogurt,granola,some fruit)
A little bagel
Eat some fruit at 5pm

WEDNESDAY

A cup of tea
Fahitas (chicken,cheese,tortilla,tomatos)
Smoothie (milk,banana,icecream,rasberries)
Eat some fruit at 5pm

THURSDAY
A cup of tea

Pancakes (banana,cinnamon,eggs,baking powder,chocolate


shavings,some berries)
Smoothie (some fruit,yogurt cube,juice)
Eat some fruit at 5pm

FRIDAY

A cup of tea
Salad (tomato,cucumber,cheese)
Fruit yogurt
Eat some fruit at 5pm.
