Backpacking Meals:

Friday:
Take-out burritos for supper
Trail snacks
Dessert/ snack (hot chocolate with dried whole milk; dessert)

Saturday:
Breakfast: breakfast burritos (add mozzarella cheese sticks, avocado & salsa packets) and fruit
Lunch: quesadillas plus various lunch snacks
Snacks: cookies and cheese
Supper: ramen (ramen, eggs, veggies – snow peas, baby carrots, greens, onions from garden)
Dessert/ snack (hot chocolate with dried whole milk; dessert)

Sunday:
Breakfast: pancakes (w/ PB packets, syrup, fruit?)
Lunch: bagels and cheese, nuts, dried fruit, PB packets, tasty treats
Snack: back in the car…

Spare: Oatmeal packets (variety packs)

Note: Have bread, PB & jam in car, maybe fruit/fresh stuff in a cooler

Need:
4 Ramen packages (from Ingles or Publix—not the low sodium ones)
Baby carrots
cucumbers
Snow peas
Eggs
Dessert (something that won’t crumble or melt)
Mini bagels
Cheese sticks from TJs
apples and oranges
Mini bagels
Cream cheese
Tortillas (enough for quesadillas and breakfast burritos)
Macadamia nuts
Coffee (have)
Dried fruit (have apples, get some apricots or other too)
Laughing cow cheese
Salsa packets from fast food
Jam packets (fast food or publix?)

Oatmeal packets
The good PB packets (like with hazelnut/chocolate and with maple syrup)
Spare? Mac-n-cheese (3 boxes)

Drinks:
coffee, whole milk powder, hot chocolate, mini marshmallows, herbal tea packets

Wood for fires

Note:
Bread, PB & J, etc. for car
