Pasta Bolognaise
Pasta (macaroni or penne) and Meat sauce and top with parmesan cheese or make your
own and freeze
Or Pasta with salami

Pita bread, salami or canned ham, cheese, mushrooms, pineapple, tomato paste sachet
Foil Trangia

Stir Fry with Rice or Noodles

Vegetables of choice – capsicum, carrot, onion, broccoli, onion
