your organization. Bernii was my student in our Master of Science in
Instructional Design program and consistently an outstanding performer.
Bernii was in my Introduction to Instructional Design course, the first course
in the program, and my Applied Project in Instructional Design capstone
course, the last course in the program, which is a practicum.
Throughout the time that I have known Bernii, she has consistently been
flexible, responsible, thoughtful, professional, a team player, and innovative.
Berni is well suited as an instructional designer, as the process appears to be
natural and flow seamlessly for her. For example, Bernii took on a
challenging project for the capstone course that impacted Food Services for
the school system within an entire county. Her performance was exceptional,
as she designed and developed engaging, efficient, and effective instruction
for managers in the area of cross-training their kitchen staff.
I strongly believe that Bernii will serve your organization well as an
