from Country F are more expensive and rather difficult due to distance.
4. The authorities of Country A have the responsibility to stop the situation. Country B
should also take measures to contain the situation on its territory using its expertise and
offer immediate support in waste management to Country B to ensure that this event is
singular.

their counterparts from Country A in extensive waste management training programs,
