Rsum:
Cette tude porte sur la question des dhimmis du Maghreb-Orient
et leur rle dans le pouvoir Al-Zayani, autrement dit dans la priode
allant du 7me sicle / AD 13 au 10me sicle AH / 16 m , Cette
catgorie humaine a immigr de l'Andalousie au Maghreb islamique en
gnral et au Maroc-Orient en particulier et a particip divers
domaines de vie de ltat Azayanih , ce qui a lui donn droit au
limitrophe, ce dernier reprsenta un vritable danger en menaant
lentit de l'tat.

Abstract:
This study tackles the issue of Ahl Al-Thimah in the The middle
Maghreb and their role during the Zayyanids dynasty; in the period
between the 7th century AH/ 13th Century AD until the 10th century
AH/ 16th century AD. This period witnessed the migration from
Andalusia to Islamic Maghrib in general and to Medieval Muslim Algeria
in particular. Thus, migration participated in various fields in the
Zayyanid State that in turn gave them the right of neighborhood, and
became later a treat to the statehood.
