Volleyball Level III Coaching Course held in Tehran

Due to high demand of coaches and by request of education and research committee of Iran Volleyball
federation, FIVB organised Coaching Course level III to Iran

An FIVB Level III Coaching Course took place from

September 27 to October 4 at the training hall of the volleyball federation in
Tehran in the metropolitan capital city of I.R.IRAN following the demand of
the coaches and the need to organize it after many years.
TEHRAN, October 9, 2015 -

A group of 22 coaches including 19 men and 3 women from all over Iran with participation of 2
coaches from Turkey and Bahrain came together for the course.The course was conducted by FIVB
coaching instructors, Jivko Pavlov Jetchev from Bulgaria as the director and instructor while Hans
Voghet from Germany was the instructor.
The participants of the course had a practical opportunity to put into practice their new finding
knowledge by taking part in both theoretical and practical sessions over 8 days.
The majority of the coaches were national team and club coaches who are also active in men and
women super league teams, some of them are holding or studying PHD degree in Physical Education
or are teaching volleyball in the universities for physical education students. All of them share the
same enthusiasm to help volleyball to maintain its higher level in our country and globe.

Passing this course is the start of your professional career in volleyball. You
should do more struggles in learning and achieving new information and to
keep updated that information, said Davarzani president of Iran volleyball
federation in his closing ceremony speech.
Federation is attempting to train coaches for entrusting the national teams to Iranian coaches and
dispatching them for teaching FIVB curses in other countries. He also expressed his gratitude to the
course instructors for their hard work during 8 days of instructing.
Jetchev director and instructor said after the course, Organizing this course after 20 years was a

suitable opportunity for Iranian coaches to improve their scientific level. Fortunately, participants
showed high motivation in learning, they participated in course discussion with a great enthusiasm.
