endangered species by
the IUCN Red List of
Threatened Species. This
was caused by over
hunting by humans.

I cannot get wet because

my fur will never dry! But I
love to take dust baths.
On average a chinchilla can
have 1-2 kits per litter. They
can breed up to 3 times per
year.
