CREST AWARDS REMINDER 2013-14
All the information you need to make your submission
for a CREST Gold Award is in the EES Team Guide,
please use this throughout your project. Ask your
teacher if you have any queries.
The CREST representative should receive, by email, and by the
same deadline as you submit your report to EDT:
An electronic copy of your project report
A completed team checklist
Personal appendices for each team member
The CREST representatives contact details are on the front page of the
team guide.

Remember to:
Number the pages in your report
Include sources of research information in your report
Check that each member of the team has submitted a
personal appendix, and that these are combined into one
document
Meet the deadline for sending in your documents
Make sure your documents are sent together, and include
the registration number provided to your teacher, the
project title and your name(s). The registration number
will already be on this checklist at the top of each page.
These documents will be read by your assessor in
preparation for a discussion with you about your project.
We will acknowledge receipt of your documents.
NB You may not have provided evidence of all criteria in your report if you are
using a company format. If so, you should include evidence in your personal
appendix (and make it longer), and refer to this in the Notes to the Assessor
column on the checklist.
