RECTIFICATION METHOD FOR SOIL SETTLEMENT AT

TOWER CRANE 2
1. First, brickworks which acts as a side formwork for the Tower Crane
foundation shall be raised higher to avoid any surface water run of
into the foundation and to stop any further settlement.
2. Tower crane foundation is then cast immediately.
3. Any settlements around the Tower crane areas previously shall be
later backfilled with concrete of Grade 35 to the required LG2 soffit
slab level.
4.

24 hours after the rectification has been done, we shall proceed

with the LG2 slab and beam castings.
