Agar kisi sakhs ki naksir footi hai usne surah
fatiha ko khoon ke saath apni peshaani par
aur naak par likh liyaa hai to yeh ilaaj ke liye
jaayez hai isi tarah surah fatiha ko peshaab
se bhi likhna jaayez hai.agar usko is baat ka
ilm ho jaaye ki is kaam karne me shifa hai to
koi harz nahi aur isi par fatwa hai.

Agar koi sakhs namaz padhte waqt quran
majid dekhe to uski namaz baatil ho jaati hai.
(quran majid ko dekh kar padhne ki wajah se)
aur agar aurat ki sharmgaah sahwat se dekhe
to baatil nahi hoti.

ke liye na rakhe aur dono gutne zameen par
na rakhe sirf naak aur peshani rakh le aur

dono kadam rakhle is tareeke se agar who


namaaz me sajda karey uski namaz jayez hai
aur is par ijma hai.(ijma allah ke nabi aur
sahaaba ka nahi hai magar in hanafiyo ka hai
ki is tareeke se cartoon banker woh sajda

namaz nahi padhi. Usne namaz padhi fir
aakar salam kaha allah ke nabi s.a.w ne
farmaya jao jakar namaz padho tumne namaz
nahi padhi.teen martaba aise hua woh zaat
jisne haq ke saath aapko maboos kiya hai
allah ke nabi s.a.w mujhko tareeqa to
sikhlayye ki mein kis tarah namaz ada
karu.aap s.a.w ne farmaya ki jab tu namaz
ke liye khada ho to allahu akbar keh phir
tujhko jo quran aata hai wah padh phir tu
ruku kar hatta ki itminan ke sath ruku kar
phir tu khada ho aetedal ke sath phir tu sajda
kar itminan ke sath phir tub eth aur itminan

ke sath beth phir sajda kar aur apni puri


namaz aise hi ada kar.

Is par ijma hai kauma me ruku ke baad khade
hone mein jo aetedal kiya jata hai who
wajeeb nahi hai aur isi tarah sajde ke baad
jalasa karna aur bethna aur itminan ke saath
bethna yeh wajeeb nahi hai.
(Allah ke nabi s.a.w to yeh kahe ki hukm de ki
tu is tarah namaz padh aur yeh ulema kahe
ki kauma aur jalsa me itminan ke saath khade
hona wajeeb nahi hai. Is par aap andaza
lagaye ki jo yeh kehte hai ki fiqh hanafi quran
aur sunnat ka nichod hai woh kitni galat baat
kehte hai)
Bukhari ki ek hadith jo mashur hadith hai la
salata liman lam yaqra bi fatihatil kitaab
uske baarey me ahnaaf yeh kehte hai ki yeh
hadith muqtadi ke liye nahi hai munfarid ke
liye hai aur imam ke liye hai .yaani munfarid
ki namaz aur imam ki namaz surah fatiha ke
bagair nahi hoti.yeh baat aise bhi unki galat
hai ki unke najdik chhote se chhoti aayat
agar padh li jaaye aur usko farsi me bhi padh

li jaaye jaisa ki hidaya awwalain me yeh baat


mojood hai.
