About My Job
Now, im

working in a local government in the Health Departement

Regency of Bangka, province of Bangka-Belitung archipelago. I was stationed at

the public health center Baturusa and has worked there almost 4 years, since 2010
until now. Baturusa health center there are several health care units, such as :
emergency unit, general polyclinic, dental polyclinic, obstetrics polyclinic, simple
laboratory, PKPR polyclinic, and pharmacy. Baturusa health centers doesnt have
inpatient facilities and outpatient only serve for 6 working days (Monday to
Saturday) from 07.30 am until 2.00 pm.
At the health center baturusa, I was placed in the emergency unit with
about 7 other nurses. Other than that, I along with other nurses alternately
performing the service in general polyclinic. We are also given the responsibility
to run several programs set by the government. Such as, health promotion, noncommunicable diseases program (PTM), tuberculosis and leprosy program,
physiciatric health, UKS, influenza like illnes/ILI program, and public health
nursing/PHN. Now, I was relieved of my job to follow the learning task in the
faculty of nursing, University of Indonesia.
