About the Author:

Rick Riordan lives in San Antonio, Texas. He lives with his wife and his two sons
(Haley and Patrick). He also wrote the Heroes of Olympus and The Kane
Chronicles series. He started writing when he was in middle school. The first
things he published were two short stories for UTSA Literary Magazine. In his
spare time he enjoys reading, playing his guitar, swimming, or traveling with
his family.

I would give this book a five out of five stars rating because the whole
book is written well, and it is a book that you just cant put down. Also, there
are no places that kind of bore you, and it doesnt take long at all to get
started.
