Dear Parents and Students:

(Correction)
The Austin High School Halloween Extravaganza Joint Concert on WEDNESDAY,
October 28, 2015 at Austin High School will be in the OLD PIT GYM. The 6th, 7th &
8th grade orchestras are scheduled to perform at 6:30pm. The schedule October 28,
2015 will be as follows:
4:30 p.m.

Students will meet in Orchestra room at 4:30.

5:00 p.m.

Load the bus with cellos and basses first.

6:00 p.m.

Rehearsal for group piece.

6:30 p.m.

Bassett MS Concert performance time.

6:45 7:10p.m.

Other orchestras to perform and the final will be a

group piece with everyone participating.

7:30 7:50 p.m.

Load bus and return to Bassett. Please be flexible.

Times may change.

8:00 8:15 p.m.

Return to Bassett. Please be here to pick up your

son/daughter.

Parents wanting to take their son or daughter home after the concert may do so after
notifying me or the principal so that we will have an accurate bus count and everyone is
accounted for.
Please be flexible. Times may change as per Bus Priorities.
I hope to see as many parents as possible at our performance supporting our orchestra at
this event. Please encourage your sons and daughters to keep practicing and keep their
grades passing. Students must participate in this concert or will be given written
assignments as compensation. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at
236-6350, EXT 66378. I will be more than happy to assist you in any way I can.
