The FRD (Functional Requirement Document) will be provided by the Client

Tillids Solution Architect will review the FRD and prepare the Effort Estimate & Pricing for review and approval
by the Client
Once approved, a detailed FDD (Functional Design Document) along with UI Mockups & Project Plan will be
prepared by
Tillid team and sent to Client for approval
Client will review and approve the FDD and the Effort estimation
Subsequent to the approval, Tillid Team will start with the development using Agile methodology. Development
will
happen in 2 4 weeks iterative cycle called Sprint. At the end of each Sprint Tillid will demo the completed work
to Client. Client can provide feedback on the completed work. At the end of the development, a detailed TDD
(Technical Design Document) and Test Scripts will be prepared and sent to the Client team for review and approval
Once the development is approved, the project will be signed-off

The Requirement Document will be provided and maintained by the Client


The complete FDD (Functional Design Document) will be provided and maintained by the Client
Client will breakdown the requirements into Tasks and engages Tillids development team to complete the
development tasks.
Tillid will development the code and reports the status to Clients Project Manager on a day to day basis.
Once the development is complete, Client will review for its completeness and assign the next set of tasks
Once all the tasks are complete, Client will review the Product/Application and do the deployment.
Client can optionally engage Tillids team to do the deployment and maintain the application once it goes live
