Se indica el nombre y nmero del proyecto segn lo
establecido en el manual de ejecucin?
Se indica el ttulo y nmero del documento segn se
establece en la lista de documentos del proyecto?

FORMAT
Are the name and number of the project indicated as
stated in the execution manual?
Is the title and number of the document set as in the list
of project documents?
The staff involved, date, signatures, number and
description of the revision are indicated as established in
the PEM?
Were the template, logo and stamp approved by the
project for the development of the document used ?
Does the counted page number match with the total
number of pages listed in the document?
Is the language used in the project in accordance with
what is stated in the PEM?
Is the measurement unit system indicated as specified in
the PEM?
Are all the applicable codes and standards the ones
specified in the PEM or by the client?
PARTICULAR ASPECTS
Are all the required symbols for instruments and valves
shown in the drawing?
Does the direction and symbols of the geographical &
plant north and wind match with what is indicated on the
plot plant drawing?
Is the drawing's index (key plan) current? Does the area
indicated correspond to the drawing area?
Is the selected scale a good representation of the
instrumentation information?
Is the layout of lines (thickness and continuity)
appropriate and in accordance to the drawing legend?
Does the legend contemplate all the symbols and line
types shown in the drawing?
Do the drawing notes indicate the coordinates,
elevations and dimensions units? Is the elevation
reference level indicated?
Are the coordinates of the match lines indicated? are
following drawings indicated? Do the coordinates match
with those indicated at the following drawings? Is there a
logic between the coordinates of drawing and those set
out in the plot plan?

Se indica el personal involucrado, fecha, firmas, nmero y

descripcin de la revisin segn lo establecido en MEP?
Se utiliz el formato, logotipo y sello aprobado por el proyecto
para elaborar el documento?
Coincide el conteo del nmero de pginas con el total de
pginas indicado en el documento?
El idioma utilizado en el proyecto est de acuerdo a lo
establecido en el MEP?
Se indica el sistema de unidades de medida segn lo
especificado en el MEP?
Los cdigos y normas aplicables son los especificados en el
MEP y/o por el cliente?
ASPECTOS PARTICULARES
Se indica en el plano todos los smbolos requeridos para los
instrumentos y vlvulas?
Coincide la direccin y los smbolos del norte geogrfico,
norte de planta y la direccin del viento con el indicado en el
plano de implantacin de la planta?
Se verific si el plano ndice (key plan) est vigente?
Corresponde el rea indicada con el rea del plano?
Permite la escala seleccionada una buena representacin de
la informacin de instrumentacin?
Cumple el trazado de lneas (grosor y continuidad) con lo
establecido en la leyenda aplicable al plano?
La leyenda contempla toda la simbologa y trazos indicados
en el plano?
Las notas del plano indican en que unidades se dan las
coordenadas, elevaciones y dimensiones? Se indica el nivel
de referencia para las elevaciones?
Se indican las coordenadas de las lneas de coincidencia?
se indican los planos de continuacin? Coinciden las
coordenadas con las indicadas en los planos de continuacin?
Se establece una referencia lgica entre las coordenadas del
plano y las coordenadas establecidas en el plano de
implantacin?
Estn actualizadas las ubicaciones, identificaciones y
dimensiones de los equipos segn se establece en la ltima
emisin de los planos de implantacin de la planta? se indica
la ruta del cabezal principal?
Se indican todas las siglas de identificacin de los
instrumentos,
vlvulas,
dampers,
etc.?
Se utiliza
apropiadamente la simbologa establecida en la leyenda del
plano? se indican las elevaciones de los instrumentos y
vlvulas?

Are the locations, identifications and dimensions of the

equipment updated according to those set in the last
issue of the plot plan drawing? Is the extraction path for
heat exchangers indicated?
Are all abbreviations of identification of instruments,
valves, dampers, etc. indicated.? Is the symbology
established in the legend of the drawing properly used?
Does it indicate the elevations of the instruments and
valves?

instrumentos, detalles de conexin elctricos, planos de ruta
neumtica, etc.?
Se indican las elevaciones de los instrumentos, equipos,
cajas y conduit?
Se indica el dimetro de los conduits y/o bandejas
portacables, as como la cantidad y tipo de cables que llevan?

Are elevations of instruments, equipment, junction boxes

the quantity and type of cables that it carries, indicated?

Se muestran las cajas y/o gabinetes de conexin? se
identifican segn el tipo de seal (analgicas, discretas,
digitales, etc.)? La identificacin cumple con la nomenclatura
establecida en los criterios de diseo?
Se han considerado de forma independiente las cajas del
sistema integrado de seguridad o parada de emergencia,
sistema de deteccin de fuego y gas, segn aplique?
Se segregan los ductos segn lo establecido en los criterios
de diseo? se cumple con la distancia de separacin
establecida?
Se cuida de las interferencias y la accesibilidad en los pasillos
y hacia los instrumentos y equipos?
Se considera la clasificacin de rea para la ubicacin de los
instrumentos y cajas?
