Discipline Plan
STUDENT SATISFACATION DISCIPLINE
The teacher plans meaningful work for the students and holds them to high standards.
Students feel a part of the school, possessing a sense of fun, power, and independence. (Sadker
& Zittleman, 10th Edition, p. 388).

CLASS RULES

Be respectful.
First offence, a verbal warning.

other objects to yourself.
Third offence, students will sit in
time out for 5 minutes.

Second offence, Students will lose a
sticker on their chart they might
have already accumulated.

No fighting.

Fourth offence, loss of recess time.


Fifth offence- Go to the principle.

Verbal praise
"Good job" "Nice work"
Students with the 3 highest stickers
will get to pick something out of the
treasure box.
Students who have any type of
stickers will get to get a BIG sticker.
Ones who do not have any will get
nothing extra as the others got.

Reflection: I got my discipline plan from the ways on how Castle Elementary runs their school.
They believe that a strict discipline is how you keep your class in order. They
always have the discipline plan on the front board and on the side wall for every
student have a chance to see it. If students do not meet their behavioral
expectations, the teacher will enforce consequences to detour the same future
actions. I believe my discipline plan holds students to a high standard for
productive social and intellectual growth.
