In my classroom, I will print a

set of Alphabet Tracking forms
on card stock with the
uppercase letters on one side
and the lowercase letters on
the other. At least once a
week, I will re-assess each
students alphabet knowledge
using this form. If the student
can identify the letter
correctly, the student will place
a color coding label sticker
over that gumball. You can also
simply have the student color
the letters that are correctly
identified. After the student
can identify all of the letters,
he/she can take the paper
home to celebrate!! Depending
on your schools policy, you
might even give them a piece
of bubble gum as a reward!!
