It was to remember the first time Europeans arrived
at Australia. In January 26 1788, British Captain
Arthur Philip arrived with a boat with a group of
British prisoners arrived in New South Wales, Sydney,
Australia. According to the Australian Laws, it’s a
public holiday for the whole of Australia.
