Stepping Back in Time

Y4 enjoyed a
fantastic trip
to Clifton Park
in Rotherham
this week,
where they
stepped back
in time to explore life in
Roman Britain.
They
stretched lots
of learning
muscles and
learned lots about what it would have been
like to be a soldier during the Roman Britain. All Y4 staff were so impressed by their
excellent behaviour too.

EYFS Visit the Library

Miss Jamiesons Class and F1 also enjoyed
their visit to the library this week. They
shared a story session and explored lots of
lovely reading activities and all adults were
very proud of their excellent behaviour all
the way through the trip.

Miss Burkes class & Mrs Gallears class are

looking forward to their visit next week.

EYFS Harvest
EYFS Harvest Festival

October at 9.10am. All

Sports Round up
Last Friday a team of 8 learners from Key Stage 1 attended a multi skills competition. They stretched their
perseverance and collaboration muscles and came 2nd
out of 10 teams taking part, which is
fantastic. Also this
week running club
has continued, with
several new members
enjoying their first
run.

Key Stage 1 Nativity

The dates have been set for this years KS1 nativity.
Y2 will be performing on 14th Dec in the morning; Y1
CW will be performing on the 14th Dec in the afternoon. Y1JJ will be performing on 15th Dec in the
morning and Y1KH will be performing on 15th Dec in
the afternoon. Letters with more details will be sent
out to classes in the next week.

Community Caf
Community Caf is backnext Friday
23rd October from 9.30am in the
Immersive Hall. Come and join us for
a bacon butty, a brew and a chat.
