Terry Fox Run and Walk

Thank you for your generous contributions to the Terry Fox Foundation and your support during
our Terry Fox Run. The Stewart School raised an amazing $3191.65, surpassing our goal. The
next day, staff fulfilled their promise to wear crazy hair for a day!

Mrs. Bells grade 1-2 class participated in International Dot Day activities
on September 15. They read the Peter Reynolds story, learned a song
and completed art, math and written activities. They also connected on
Edmodo with a grade 1-2 class in Locust Valley, New York, to share
their ideas and Dot Day activities!

Next, they will be participating in the Global Read Aloud Peter Reynolds
author study starting this week!
