AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $280.00 (two-hundred and eighty) from the Student
Events Pool (6272-0200-03) for the purchasing of four new video games for the Firstenburg
Student Commons.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360) $70.00

Sec. 2. FIFA 10 (Xbox 360) $70.00
Sec. 3. Rock Band 2 (Xbox 360) $70.00
Sec. 4. Guitar Hero 5 (Xbox 360) $70.00

STATEMENT OF FACT: Advertisements will read “Co-sponsored by ASWSUV” in 14-point

font or font equal to the average size lettering on the advertisement, for all advertising for
the event(s) as required by ASWSUV By-Laws (260.12). All advertisements shall be
approved by the Public Relations Director prior to distribution (260.13).
Students have requested that new video games be purchased for the Firstenburg Student
Commons. The Purchasing of the games above will help the Xbox 360 in the Firstenburg
Student Commons to be used more.
