Cumulative voting is not permitted. lection Service: The Association has retained the independent certified accounting firm of Pioker & Associates (the “Election Service”) to verify the presence of a quorum at the Annual Meeting, tabulate the votes and generally administer the election process. Voting: Unit owners may participate in the election of Directors by casting a Association-issued Ballotonly, Ballots may be delivered to the Election Service in any ofthe following ways: 1. By.deposit in the locked Election Box at any time up to the official declaration of theclection being closed.
