ANNUAL ELECTION PROCEDURES
Election of Five (6) Directors: At the 2015 Annual Meeting, the Five (5) Directors receiving the
highest percentage of votes will be elected to two-year terms of office, Bach unit is entitled to cast
‘up to five (5) votes. Cumulative voting is not permitted.
lection Service: The Association has retained the independent certified accounting firm of
Pioker & Associates (the “Election Service”) to verify the presence of a quorum at the Annual
Meeting, tabulate the votes and generally administer the election process.
Voting: Unit owners may participate in the election of Directors by casting a Association-issued
Ballotonly, Ballots may be delivered to the Election Service in any ofthe following ways:
1. By.deposit in the locked Election Box at any time up to the official declaration of
theclection being closed. The Election Box will remain in the lobby of the building
until 5:00 p.m. on November 11, 2015.
2, Byhand delivery to the Election Service at the Annual Meeting at any time prior to
the official declaration of the election being closed; or
By mailing, delivering, faxing or emailing a completed Ballot to the Flection

so that it is received by the Election Service no later than 3 p.m. (local time) on
Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Ballots received by the Election Service after
3:00 pam. on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, will be disregarded.
Management Office employees and other Association personel are not authorized to accept
delivery of any Ballots.
‘At any time prior to the official declaration of the election being closed, a Unit Owner who has
presented a completed Ballot may change his/her vote by attending the Annual Meeting, completing
fnew Ballot and delivering it in person at the Annual Meeting.
