Student Football Equipment Manager

January 2013- Present

Aided in the ordering, managing, and distributing of over $5 million in apparel and protective
equipment for 120 student-athletes and 50 staff members.
Assisted Coaching Staff (Quarterbacks) with organization and operations of all practices and
scrimmages.
Directed the setup of $150,000 Coachs press box communication system, full responsibility for the
maintenance of equipment and system troubleshooting during competition.
Developed and utilized inventory control systems to ensure adequate availability and to order new
supplies, managed football facilities, communication, prioritized maintenance projects.
Responsible for leading fellow student managers in all pre and post-game duties including:
specialization of shoulder pad fitting, customizing helmet needs, locker room, field and press box setups and take-downs.
Met the demands of working a 12 plus hour workday.
Played major role in team traveling; packing and unpacking all equipment for road trips
Educated Scouts and Executives of NFL franchises on specific players participating in the NFL Pro
Day workout. Discussions included: character assessments, work ethic, and overall demeanors of
