INFORMATION
The
undersigned
Prosecutor
accuses
PEDRO
SANTOS, of the crime of Direct Bribery, provided
for and penalized under Article 210 of the Revised
Penal Code, committed as follows:
That on or about 9th of August 2015 at about
2:30 PM in the city of Cebu, Philippines, within
the jurisdiction of this court, the above-named
accused Pedro Santos, a public officer, being a
stenographer of Branch 5 of the Regional Trial
Court of Cebu City, demanded and obtained from
Juana Cruz, the mother of Julio Cruz, who has a
pending case before the said court, the amount of
Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000) in the promise to
alter the notes taken by him during the trial of
People of the Philippines vs Julio Cruz, for
Robbery with Homicide (Crim. Case No. 1234).
