INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor of Cebu City, Cebu hereby

accuses PERRY CRUZ SANTOS of the crime of RA 8550 committed as
follows:

“That on or about the 12th day of June, 2023 at about 8:00 o’clock in
the evening in Sanciangko Street, Cebu City, Philippines and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, with intent
to kill and with treachery, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, attack, assault and injure without any hint of warning PEDRO
PATAYNA while he was eating in the sidewalk makeshift eatery by
immediately shooting the said victim with the use of a .45 caliber firearm
thereby hitting the victim on the back of his head and penetrating on his
front head and which injury caused his instantaneous death, to the damage
and prejudice of the heirs of the victim to be proven during the trial of the
case”.

Acts contrary to the provision of Article 248 of the Revised Penal

Code of the Philippines.
