Metal Layers Used

3 Layers of Metal are used as follow:
Metal1 for Vertical Routing
Metal2 for Horizontal routing.
Metal3 is only used to:
1. Connect the two diff pair with loads
2. Connect the Diff pairs with the current mirror

Metal3 can be replaced by Metal1 if guard

rings dont exist.

1. DRC : Passed ; with issues regarding the csr
which I cannot know how to over come.
2. ERC: Passed

Question

In the current mirror I used 2 metal tracks to

connect between the mirror and the diff
pairs. Is this a good practice or should I only
use on track?
