Focus of Lesson: 50-yard dash starts


Student Performance Objectives (SPO): By the end of the lesson, students should
be able to:

(P): Demonstrate correct starting technique using cue sheets throughout the
lesson.

(C): Identify where the hands are located and what to do on each command during
a start during the closure.

(A): Show respect to selves, others and equipment by staying off the equipment
and showing good sportsmanship throughout the unit.
