Qualifies you teach grades 26
In order for one to be an
Elementary Ed. Major, they
must be accepted in the
College of Education. This
involves several different
requirements such as:
o 1650 on SAT or 24
on ACT
o If the SAT and ACT
is lower than these
scores, one must take
PRAXIS and pass
with the following
scores:
Reading 156
Writing 162
Math 150
oo Obtain a 2.75 GPA
o Complete 45 credit
hours
o Make a C or above
in:
ENGL: 1310, 1320;
EDUC: 1210, 2230
COMM: 2300
