On this day Brazil moved
its capital from Rio de

because the capital was
moved to a city that

This made history for
woman. She is now serving
her second term. This is
important because Dilma
Rousef plan was to focus
on the maintenance of
economic stability Her plan
to make a Brazil a better
place is taking action.
