TAX EVASION CASE

In 2005 the businessman Alvaro Noboa Ponton was accused of tax evasion by a debt of
93 million dollars, the entity in charge of regulating the SRI tax, it determined that the
property of Mr. Noboa would be confiscated to pay the debt to the state Ecuadorian. Mr.
Noboa failed to pay their taxes as it was expressed by the SRI, in other hand the SRI
