This IG informed Noah that he had no ADA
RA RIGHTS on or about 23 Feb? Yeah Right
• Noah’s Timeline
• After Noah Mills receives his DD214 (See Mills text) (prove Command commits HIPAA law violations, will expedite his DD214, etc).
• On or about 23 Feb, the Command ordered NOAH Smith to the boat to work. I intervened and told them he had ADA RA and was not
allowed on the boat
• On the 24 Noah showed up and was not allowed on the boat as per his ADA RA
• On the 25 Noah went to the boat for a referral but the LT GIBSON was not available. He also saw his Chief who was surprised to see
NOAH because he was out processing. Noah wanted to know the status of his DD214 as he only had finance left. The chief informed
him that the Admiral had his DD214 and that he should get it any day. Noah left the boat to return home
• LT GIBSON called NOAH back to the boat for an appointment after she was done with her, Noah was led to a room where Legal read
him his rights and showed him BS charges. He denied all the charges except being late to work in Jan 2014 (2 months ago). They also
informed him that he had no right to counsel because I was not a certified attorney and that his hearing was the next day.
• He was told if he did not show up the MPs would arrest him like they arrested Thomas Distin for saying, “I AM HUMAN”
• They pat him down as if he were a criminal
• He was told his out processing was on hold he was to ignore his ADA RA Rights and his place of duty was to(1)report back to the boat,
(2) take his meds, and (3) sleep after he cleaned from 0700-815.
• His mission was to stay out of his commands way and not to get anyone into trouble
• The XO recommends that he see the Captain (main defendant) next Friday for article 15 for (1) not knowing that ADA RA did not
apply to him and leaving the boat and (2) being late to formation in January.
