LESSON OUTCOME:
The lesson will introduce students into the formalities involved in designing a web page. In
particular how to navigate. Students will be asked their desired content. Then students will be
asked to design a site map on paper that symbolises their design (roughly). This has to include
a section on User experience, who, what , when , where, why and how this webpage is being
used. This process will get the students thinking of the multi-faceted approach to web design
that is not just coding but also designing friendly environments for interaction.

website works. This is core to the next two double
lessons which will deal with mapping in dreamweaver.
