Call to order:

The meeting was started by Mr Smith in order to take

valuable feedback of all the members and volunteers.

Feedback:

Mr Jack presented the feedback on behalf of all the

members. He enlisted the positive outcomes of the event
and mentioned the issues which aroused during the event.

Problem faced:

Tom Andrews elaborated the issues which were faced

during the event. These were security issues as well as
shortage of food (Jo b issues ayn zehan m likhdna)

Appreciation of efforts:

Mr John appreciated the valuable efforts of all team

members on behalf of the managing committee. He
cherished the extraordinary work done by Mr Jack and Mr
Tom on their work of promotion of the event.

Words of Appreciation:

Mr. Black honoured each and every individual who was

incorporated in the Team efforts to make this event
successful. He acknowledged all the efforts of volunteers
and the team members.
