Measurement Unit:

Ms. Kalinichenkos 2nd Grade Class

Over the upcoming weeks, our class is excited to be
building upon our current understanding of
measurement. Within this unit, students will be
exploring various aspects of measurement. First,
students will develop familiarity with standard
units. Then, students will become familiar with
various measurement tools. After gaining an
understanding of these topics, we will practice our
estimation skills during our measurements.
Throughout the week, we will investigate ways that
measurement is important in everyday life.
