JOB DISCRIPTION

PRIMARY FUNTION:

Site Engineer/ Site Coordinator that supports the project manager in all the projects,
especially in monitoring the site construction, and implementation of the project in accordance with
the plan and target time- frame. Make paper works such as daily progress reports including
manpower weather reports, equipment schedule, and materials organization according to the Bill of
Quantity (B.Q). In addition to such function, is to make other related paper works such as Varation
Order (V.Q), in case of discrepancy of the Bill of Quantity.

Other Extra Function:

Make designs and site implementation such as building floor plan and elevation,

housing, roads, drainage and sewerage using 2D Auto CADD.

Site Surveyor- implementation by using Auto Level and Theodolite instrument for the
horizontal and vertical elevation.

Estimator- checking for the actual quantity of materials compared to the Bill of
Quantity, making for the preparation of the subcontractors claim.
